Marketing Coordinator

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing strategies.
- Assist with reviewing/edit content prior to sharing with the salesforce
- Assist with tasks related to CRM and LMS platforms including planning and organizing content and preparing it for publication.
- Assist in analyzing campaigns.
- Assisting with the day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Review and approve articles and press releases.
- Coordinate with video editor to ensure seamless production.
- Support the SEO team as required.
- Staying attuned to what’s trending and performing on each platform.
- Assist with campaigns for social media, scheduling and posting.
- Participate in our annual convention.
- May be required to write blogs, articles and press releases.
- May be required to assist in training new employees within the marketing department.
- May be required to oversee Marketing Department in the absence of Manager and Director.
- Assist the department where needed as required.
- Will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- A degree or diploma in Marketing required.
- 2-year experience in a Marketing Coordinator role preferred.
- Any experience in the financial/insurance industry is considered a strong asset.
- Must be Google-Ad Certified or experience with Google Ads.
- Well versed with all social media platforms and their unique requirements.
- Must be a creative problem solver.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You enjoy collaboration.
- Leadership skills is an asset.
- Able to speak French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
- Willing to learn French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
