**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing strategies.
- Assist with reviewing/edit content prior to sharing with the salesforce
- Assist with tasks related to CRM and LMS platforms including planning and organizing content and preparing it for publication.
- Assist in analyzing campaigns.
- Assisting with the day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Review and approve articles and press releases.
- Coordinate with video editor to ensure seamless production.
- Support the SEO team as required.
- Staying attuned to what’s trending and performing on each platform.
- Assist with campaigns for social media, scheduling and posting.
- Participate in our annual convention.
- May be required to write blogs, articles and press releases.
- May be required to assist in training new employees within the marketing department.
- May be required to oversee Marketing Department in the absence of Manager and Director.
- Assist the department where needed as required.
- Will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing (required)
- 2 years of experience in Marketing (preferred)
- Experience in the financial/insurance industry (strong asset)
- Google Ad Certification or experience with Google Ads (required)
- Proficient in all social media platforms and their unique requirements
- Creative problem solver
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enjoys collaboration
- Leadership skills (asset)
- Ability to speak French and/or Spanish (asset)
