**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Location**: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid workstyle available)

**About Us**: Molecular You is enabling the practice of molecular medicine. We want to make it simple, easy, and economically-viable for the mass market. Our platform is based on a new type of multi-omic blood test that measures hundreds of blood biomarkers from a single sample. Our advanced technology provides comprehensive insights into a patient’s health, enabling early disease detection, personalized treatment plans, and improved patient outcomes. We sell our comprehensive blood testing and companion platform to patients through multiple channels, such as partnering with healthcare providers and testing labs.

Since January 2024, we’ve been selling our platform into private-pay clinics across Canada and the US. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Executive to scale these efforts and achieve revenue growth in our target market segments: functional medicine, concierge medicine, and longevity clinics.

**Job Overview**

**Expected Results**:

- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the functional medicine, concierge, and longevity health sectors, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- **Presentations and Demos**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to clinic decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of Molecular You’s biomarker testing solutions.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Manage contract negotiations to close deals, ensuring the agreements are mutually beneficial for both Molecular You and the client.
- **Revenue Targets**: Drive growth to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or technology sales role, preferably within diagnostics, biotechnology, or digital health industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the clinical market, with experience selling to healthcare providers, clinics, and practitioners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in personalized medicine or diagnostics products and how they can be integrated into clinic workflows.
- Existing networks in functional medicine, wellness, or longevity clinics are a strong asset.
- Ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
