We are looking for an experienced sales account manager to support clients and manage our distributor sales channel. The responsibilities of sales account manager include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

To be successful as a sales account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Manage a portfolio of distributor accounts to achieve long-term success
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,018.00-$95,000.00 per year
