- Markham
- Brampton
- Oakville
- Vaughan
- Stouffville
- Caledon

In the future, Digreen Homes Inc. plans to expand rapidly in the real estate sector as well as diversify. In the real estate sector, Digreen Homes Inc. | Digram Developments Inc. is one of the fastest growing players in the market and is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities. It also plans to diversify into some of the most successful sectors in the Canadian economy. In order to support the growth of the company, Digreen Homes Inc. | Digram Developments Inc. is in the hiring process to expand its current team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and monitor objectives for the financial department
- Allocate company funds accordingly to ensure each department can function at an optimal pace
- Determine realistic goals and establish financial controls to maintain maximum productivity
- Manage and oversee all financial affairs for the organization
- Cash flow management, investment managements including funds and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IIROC policies and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional certification
- 15+ years progressive financial leadership experience with proven track record of success leading teams within the finance and accounting departments
- Proven experience reading complex financial reports and communicating them to stakeholders in easy-to-understand terms
- Experience in the land development and/or new home construction sector
- Exceptional ability to monitor, allocate, and control finances on a large scale
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to present financial analysis and projections to company stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving attitude and abilities
