Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will not only be an excellent accountant and an expert in the company's finances, but also a shrewd salesman, able to advise on the best path for the company's growth. The CFO's role is to control and take responsibility for all financial aspects of the company's strategy and to analyze the figures and implement recommendations based on these results, with the most profitable results; implement recommendations based on these results, with the most profitable results.
- Implement the company's financial strategy.
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure full transparency of the company's financial performance.
- Advise on how to increase revenues and reduce costs.
- Communicate potential risks effectively and clearly in a timely manner.
- Propose action plans to ensure annual financial targets are met.
- Support the General Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
- Lead and develop finance teams.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the company's cash management policies.
- Ensure punctuality and accuracy of customer invoicing and payments.
- Coordinate and produce all required tax documents.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
- More than 10 years' experience in a financial management position.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strategic, results-oriented thinker and planner.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
