**Who are we looking for?**:
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to become a part of our Accounting team. In the role of an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will offer operational assistance to the Credit Manager and the Controller. This position will entail tasks such as creating invoices, entering data, processing payments, managing collections, providing customer service, and authorizing orders.

**What will you be doing?**:

- You will create both automated and manual invoices, while ensuring accuracy and completeness during invoice generation.
- You will facilitate the release of orders and vigilantly following up on payments, while addressing any discrepancies or delays.
- You will collaborate with the Credit Manager to identify and escalate any that may impact A/R performance.
- You will reconcile and post payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- You will assist with month-end duties to ensure that financial periods are closed within established expectations.
- You will actively participate in ad hoc projects to contribute towards continual improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Requirements_
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent professional experience, with a focus on accounts receivable management. This may include coursework or training in financial accounting, credit control, and collections.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service, ideally in a role that required handling customer inquiries and resolving minor challenges.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices and statements, and analyzing accounts receivable data.
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system is considered an asset. Familiarity with ERP modules related to accounts receivable and revenue management would be advantageous.

A typical hiring range for this position is $48,000 - $52,000 CAD per year with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
