**What you’ll do**:

- As a strategic partner, you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of outstanding work on time and on budget by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance our clients projects.
- Manage multiple project programs from pre-sale opportunity to project implementation and operationalization to maintain efficient project structure and ensure maximum performance.
- Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity.
- Structure and manage project timelines by tracking deliverables and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver project requirements within scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality.
- Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.
- Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client’s advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence.
- Establish an effective communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a quarterly project health overview, outlining accomplishments and lessons learned.

**What you have**:

- 3-5+ years of professional experience managing a variety of projects (i.e., Digital, CRM, social media, Web projects) in an agency environment.
- Background knowledge and experience within the consulting and strategy environment is ideal.
- Strong end to end experience running and managing various marketing campaigns with exceptional ability to incorporate and utilize project management methodologies, process, and tools to ensure successful project delivery.
- Effective communication (oral and written), presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.
- Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours including extended hours, holidays, and weekends and travel as required.
