**Responsibilities**:

- L'analyste des systèmes d'entreprise sera chargé de dépanner l'ERP (l’Info CSD), notre plate-forme WMS (l’Infor WMS) et le système des rapports (Tableau & l’Infor Birst) de l'entreprise, ainsi que de fournir des conseils pour accroître l'efficacité du lieu de travail et améliorer les systèmes informatiques de l'organisation. La personne choisie fournira également des analyses, des solutions et des outils pour améliorer l'organisation et la gestion des tâches.
- Dépanner et résoudre au quotidien les problèmes de flux de travail signalés en cours, en reproduisant et en recherchant les flux de travail documentés existants;
- Fournir des conseils sur l'évaluation des vulnérabilités d’Infor CSD/WMS afin de contribuer à l'élaboration de normes et de procédures de sécurité qui soutiennent les objectifs opérationnels;
- Élaborer et documenter des procédures pour résoudre des problèmes modérément complexes et accroître l'efficacité du lieu de travail grâce à l'amélioration des systèmes informatiques;
- Fournir des analyses, des solutions et des outils pour améliorer l'organisation et la gestion des tâches;
- Consulter les utilisateurs du système pour connaître l'objectif général des systèmes et les besoins d'information des postes impliqués dans le flux des données;
- Aider à la mise en œuvre d'améliorations proactives des processus;
- Tester les processus existants afin d'évaluer les causes initiales des problèmes et d'éliminer les obstructions du flux.
- Produire des rapports qui permettront à la direction de prendre des décisions informées;
- Documenter, recommander et implémenter des mesures correctives si nécessaire.

- The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting the company’s ERP (Infor CSD), our WMS platform (Infor WMS) and reporting systems (Tableau & Infor Birst) as well as providing guidance to increase workplace efficiencies and improve the organizations’ information systems. They will also provide analyses, solutions and tools to improve the organization and the management of tasks.

- Provide guidance on Infor CSD/WMS vulnerability assessments to help develop security standards and procedures that support operational objectives;
- Develop and documentation of procedures to solve moderately complex problems and increase workplace efficiencies through the enhancement of information systems;
- Provide analysis, solutions, and tools to improve the organization and management of tasks;
