**Job Description**:
*GGS Auto Collision Centre* is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates, coordinating repair needs, and maintaining effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
Update efficiently and accurately with details from every customer interaction.

Provide customers with timely and accurate information, guiding them through the repair process.

Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.

Adhere to Wow Operating Way’s protocols regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.

Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.

Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.

Understand required insurance programs and procedures.

Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as needed.

Support team members when required.

Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.

Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of vehicle repairs.

Ability to find solutions and answers independently.

Basic computer skills.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Compliance with DRPs.

Willingness to complete ICAR Training.

Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $43,126.40-$85,517.64 per year

Supplemental pay types:
