**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Security Awareness Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Security Awareness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of our organization and customers from potential security threats. The Security Awareness Specialist will be able to create and maintain a trusting relationship with clients. This is a hybrid position with the occasional requirement to perform duties at our Toronto office location. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of security awareness program (training and phishing campaigns) are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage security awareness training programs for customers across the globe.
- Create engaging and effective training materials.
- Design and implement phishing campaigns to assess and improve employees' susceptibility to social engineering attacks.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of security awareness programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for security awareness initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional certifications such as Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) or SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and implementing security awareness programs and training is preferred.
- Knowledge of French language is a plus
- Strong knowledge of security principles, social engineering techniques, and common security threats
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with creating engaging training materials, such as presentations, videos, and interactive modules
- Proficiency in assessing and conducting phishing campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports on security awareness program effectiveness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong research background, utilizing an analytical approach
- Comfortable working against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills are required to document and communicate findings, escalate critical incidents, and interact with customers
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to self-start, prioritize, multi-task and work in a team setting
- This is a hybrid opportunity with an in office requirement at least 1x/week
