Project Coordinator

Duncan, Canada Millstone Heating & Sheet Metal LTD. Full time

We are a fast growing, medium sized commercial sheet metal contractor looking for a project coordinator for full time/permanent employment to help manage multiple projects on Vancouver Island.

This dynamic position will have many responsibilities, some of which are as follows:

- Assist the project manager with daily operations.
- Issue & Track purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Help to prepare and facilitate monthly progress billing.
- Handle Project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration.
- Manage the shop drawing submittal process including cross referencing to project specifications.
- Manage project RFI's, change orders, site instructions and time and material work orders.
- Order mechanical drawings to be printed as needed for our foremen.
- Create job folders and manage digital distribution to our foremen using Drop Box, Procore or similar a share point.
- File & maintain packing slip records.
- Prepare close out documents including IOM's/Manuals, As Built Drawings, and Warranty Certificates.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
