As a Retention Specialist, you will be sharing your vibrant personality with clients and ensuring they have a positive experience with their subscription. Design and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business. Analyze client feedback, negotiate with clients, implement retention strategies, and compile reports for the sales team. We are looking for an individual who has over 2 years of Retention experience, customer support, issue resolution or a related field. Working knowledge with a CRM such as HubSpot is essential. Phone communication experience is an asset.

**As a Representative You Are Responsible For...**
- Tracking and managing client subscriptions cancellations
- Identifying trends and strategies to improve client retention
- Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
- Educating clients on the value of our services
- Communicate with clients through digital mediums
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
**Experience and Skills**
- Knowledge of any CRM (HubSpot)
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with live chats is an asset
- Experience with written communication using diverse mediums
- Excellent written English
**Salary**: $39,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
