**Glengarry Inter-Agency Group Inc. **is looking for a freindly and dynamic individual to fill a Receptionist/Data Entry position at our head office located in Alexandria.
**Program**: Employment Services
**Schedule**: 22.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day) 8:30am-4pm (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday)
**$18/hr - Permanent position**
**Job title**:Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk
Reporting to the Manager of The Employment Services Program, The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for greeting clients and being knowledgeable about resources and tools available at Glengarry Interagency Group as well as the wider community to direct clients in the best way possible. The individual in this position requires tact and diplomacy when dealing with all customer service situations to ensure a favorable outcome. Duties include performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks assisting in daily office needs.
**Position Summary**:
- Greet all walk-in clients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Refer clients for further assistance to the Employment Consultants as required
- Enter client information in databases (EOIS-CAMS) and DNA
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner, record results, analyze reports
- Perform general clerical support duties for the Employment Services program
- Aid in the maintenance of program supplies as required
- Maintain an attitude of excellent customer service, a positive attitude and a helpful disposition while working with clients
- Operate computers, printers, fax, laminator, binder, photocopier as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency on Word and Excel, learn database
- Oral and written fluency in English and French is required
- Post secondary Administrative diploma considered an asset
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team
- Current Criminal Reference Check
