**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
- May need to drive to Brampton location (Mississauga Road and Steeles) or Vaughan Location (Rutherford and Jane) occasionally
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
