**Position Title**: Small Float Operator (Full-Time, Part-Time)

**Job Summary**: Primary driver for our Dodge Ram 5500 dump box truck. Float small equipment with trailer and deliver construction materials to jobsites surrounding Port Carling area. Maintain truck and trailer with basic mechanical skills.

**Compensation Package**:

- $25/hour starting rate - review after 3 months.

**Job Expectations**:

- Valid drivers license. Must have own transportation to Port Carling.
- Follow health and safety regulations set out in the company’s health and safety policy.
- Help maintain clean and safe worksites.
- Keep trucks and other equipment clean and safe with daily maintenance checks.
- Basic operation skills for 5-ton skid steers and excavators for loading and unloading float trailer.
- Follow M.T.O. regulations on material and equipment transportation.
- Prepared to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry objects (50lbs).
- Competency with smartphone apps to track time and materials as well as communicate with team members.
- To be punctual, reliable, and co-operative.
- Regular work week is 45 hours with overtime beyond 45 hours.
- Knowledge of sports, beer, and food is a well-respected asset.
