**Job Summary**:
The position is a full-time position working in a hybrid role; part time shipping/receiving and part time CSR
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Receiving and putting away inventory.
- Pulls orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment.
- Ability to input data on computer.
- Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.
- Assist with light warehouse duties as required.
- Moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) and material handling as required.
- Ability to accurately pick and pack components/systems and document shipments.
- Ability to learn and identify Air Conditioning Components
- Learn ERP system for required job functions
- Perform cycle counts
- Maintain an organized work station.
- Answer phones
- Assist customers
- Any other duties/responsibilities as required
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the good problem management abilities.
- Highly organized and demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work within a diverse team, cross functionally within the organization.
- High energy level and willingness to sustain a consistent build activity level.
- **Education and Experience Requirements**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an assembly and warehouse setting would be an asset
- Familiarity with basic computer operations & programs such as Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Employee will be given a workstation. There will be work required in the shop floor and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Moderate lifting (up to 50lbs) and material handling as required.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Ingersoll, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
