Service Partner Agent

**1. **Summary** _(position mandate, main objectives)_

Under the direction of the on-site service manager, the service partners agent will ensure that service calls are completed within the prescribed time frame according to our 7D objective (repair completed in 7 days). In addition to preparing daily service call reports and other documents related to the authorization of payments from service partners, the incumbent will authorize requests from service partners to adjust repair rates. They will also have good multi-tasking skills.

**2. **Key responsibilities**

1. Process invoice payments from service partners.

2. Answer phone calls from service partners regarding authorization requests for additional billing and the destruction of units that cannot be repaired.

3. Reassign work orders to service partners.

5. Collaborate with American Bath Group’s accounts payable department to ensure that certain invoice payment issues are resolved. File documentation related to their sector.
- Help the team carry out interactions during peak periods.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

**3. **Professional skills/qualifications**

1) Minimum educational requirements and/or specialization: _High school diploma, diploma of college studies, or pre-university diploma:_

Ø DCS and/or equivalent experience required

2) Minimum required experience: _2 to 4 years_

Ø 2 years of relevant experience

Ø Beginner-level knowledge of MS Office software (Excel and Word)
