The Front Office Manager will effectively manage the productivity of all Guest Service associates and maintain expense level standards in both labor costs and direct expenses. While some administrative work will be required, a significant amount of this position’s time will be spent “on the floors” in the hotel ensuring 100 % guest satisfaction, standards adherence, maximizing productivity and developing the team.
**Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business**
- Hire, develop and supervise associates.
- Manage daily Guest Service operations including front line associates and night audit.
- Manage Front Office budget, labor cost and direct outlet expenses.
- Communicate customer satisfaction targets and ensure they are met and or exceeded.
- Maintain health and safety regulations and requirements.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and performance management as necessary.
- Prepare schedule, enter payroll and monitor staffing levels in conjunction with business levels and determined budgets.
- Adhere to and enforce Hotel and Brand policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education, Experience and Skills**
- 3+ years' management experience in the Hospitality industry or comparable.
