**Job Description**:
As a vital member of our Safety and Security team, you will be a key contributor in working towards our vision of providing a high standard of security while providing an exceptional customer experience. In this role, together with the Manager, Security Infrastructure and Capital Projects, you will be accountable for all aspects of security pertaining to systems used at all MLSE venues and properties to protect, deter, and deny threats and address any vulnerabilities. This role is a strategic and support position with an emphasis on quality delivery of programs, systems, and support services. This position is suited to a person that is organized and meticulous in delivering effective security strategies.

**Responsibilities**

This role will report to the Manager, Security Infrastructure and Capital Projects for delivery while working closely with the Security Programs, Security Operations, Building Operations, and Team Security groups.
- Implement solutions related to all aspects of security infrastructure at all MLSE facilities: SBA (Scotiabank Arena), BMO Field, Ford Performance Centre, OVO Athletic Centre, BMO Training Ground, MLSE LaunchPad, E11even, RS, and Lamport Stadium working within the design and standards for security infrastructure including CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), access control, doors/locks, fences, and other infrastructure and supplies that are part of the security program.
- Assist with investigations by reviewing and retaining information from security systems; CCTV, Access Control Records, IMS reports.
- Maintain, repair, and replace security systems including conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and audits on all systems at all venues as required
- Support the Manager, Security Infrastructure in overseeing security systems third-party contractors including participating on RFP evaluation committees and reviews of quotations/proposals
- Primary custodian and administrator of MLSE’s credentialing and access control system
- Maintains the MLSE access control and credentialing program, the access control programs, keying, and visitor management programs
- Look for efficiencies and modernization of systems and programs including security infrastructure and design
- Assist with business case development to support security infrastructure strategy
- Develops and maintains cooperative working relationships with appropriate team personnel, facility personnel, contractors, local law enforcement, other MLSE employees
- Assists where required in the development of guard procedures and training programs on security systems
- Provides guidance and input on facility security requirements and operations to MLSE Corporate Safety & Security,
- Assists with access control requirements to team spaces and practice areas at the team’s facilities
- Verifies facility access approval and identification credentials,
- Report security incidents, issues, and concerns to MLSE Security and Safety Programs, and
- Performs other security related duties as advised
