IFS Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to improve process performance for Inflight Services by executing and implementing solutions for a sustainable on-time performance. We expect this individual to manage process improvement activities to ensure they are delivered on-time-in-full. Proactively collaborating with all stakeholders, local managers and cross functional teams, this role also ensures adherence to process standards for an efficient, safe, and secure operation. Creates a positive and collaborative environment, inspiring employees to simplify work environment and processes.

**Key Functions & Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with the Manager, IFS Excellence and Continuous Improvement to identify performance improvement opportunities of IFS operations.
- Bring clarity to the frontline on the engagement standards and their roles in a successful process execution.
- Collaborate to ensure alignment with standards, communication, training material and deployment.
- Act as a key partner with the business for process mapping using Business Process Management standards.
- Perform gap analysis on business process ownership and collaborate with business leaders to increase accountability as required.
- Empower station/operations managers to present ideas, create solutions and continuously improve their processes and support them with the use of OE Tools and methodologies.
- Foster the spirit of communication, collaboration within the assigned station leveraging daily stand ups and other discussion forums.
- Evaluate process risk and support the business with identifying mitigations and opportunities for process controls (error-proofing).
- Deliver initiatives to achieves targeted outcomes.
- Participate in the optimization of the management operating system and accelerate the culture change.
- Promote change and ensures initiatives have an effective change management /communication plan aligned to Flight Path, Rise Higher and corporate requirements.
- Ensure that new processes are properly documented and that changes are communicated.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent tenure as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
2+ years demonstrated experience leading improvement initiatives, delivering benefits
- Project Management experience an asset
- Experience working with large and varied groups of stakeholders with competing priorities; ability to bring others together to work towards a common goal
- Effective organizational skills and an aptitude for managing the pace of change
- Ability to thrive in highly complex environments
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Goal-oriented with a vision for sustainable results
- Team player with a collaborative strategy in consideration of multiple and differing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong sense of people, culture, and change management
Bilingualism an asset
- Able to travel
