Position Summary

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, as the Supply Chain Administrator you will be responsible for support in purchasing and inventory management.

What you'll do:
Assist in entry & vetting of equipment orders
Assist in entry of replenishment orders
Be a part of the interdepartmental communication with sales, warehouse and install teams regarding shipments replenishment orders and equipment deliveries
Assist the Supply Chain Manager with other duties as required

What you'll need:
High School Diploma
A Business Administration Certificate/Diploma is an asset
Previous experience with inventory management, purchasing or supply chain is an asset
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of products including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Dependable, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
