GerrAudio Distribution is searching for a creative marketer and organized planner to join our team in Brockville, Ontario. As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing the company’s marketing initiatives and hosted events throughout the year. You will work alongside a dynamic, energized team, and coordinate the company’s outgoing marketing efforts with international supplier contacts and third-party support teams (graphic designers, photographers, videographers, writers, industry publications, etc.).

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute company’s internal marketing functions
- Manage company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Coordinate and schedule supplier launches and advertising campaigns
- Work closely with third-party suppliers to effectively produce ongoing marketing material to distribute (press releases, website development, graphic design and illustration, video content, etc.)
- Proof all marketing materials and assist with content writing for company’s website, events and social media outlets
- Utilize company’s ERP system with accuracy and efficiency to carry out all relevant marketing functions
- Plan and execute the company's annual events (industry trade shows, training seminars, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Proven marketing experience and/or experience with events management
- Ability to properly articulate marketing messaging and written content using proper spelling and grammar
- Creative and full of ideas that are disruptive; ability to pursue ideas effectively and analyze results in order to optimize future initiatives
- Active user of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter)
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Company-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- Bilingual (french) is not required but is considered an asset for this position

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
