**What does IT Technician do?**
- Monitor and maintain Windows server platforms and Active Directory.
- Monitor and maintain virtual machines using VMware.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Power Automate, Office)
- Help Desk
- Support assistance to SQL Server 2022, 2017, 2008
- Build physical and virtual servers and systems according to specifications.
- Maintain and Support Backups
- Install, update and upgrade Windows Desktops, MS Office suite and Antivirus programs.
- Problem shooting PC/laptop issues, network issues Tier2, installing systems, patch management and firmware updates.
- Provide guidance for staff and responsible for the day-to-day IT operations.
- Very Strong Cabling Skills, Patch Cords, Jacks, Patch panels, Network Drops.
- Troubleshoot Network and server performance, Event viewer, Performance monitor.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as required. Researching and testing solutions to new requirements.

- Windows Systems Admin Required Proficiencies
- Windows Systems Engineer Required Proficiencies
- Active Directory - (Site Topology, DNS, AD Design Skills) Consolidation of Active Directory Forests and domains
- Windows Server: 2022, 2016, 2012, 2008
- Windows Infrastructure and Domain Administration: DNS, DHCP, Account Management, Group Policy
- Monitor and Maintain Microsoft Office 365
- Web Server - IIS Administration
- Understanding of system architecture: storage solutions, network topologies, security best practice
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong documentation skills
