**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Pharma Partnerships & Customer Experience, the **Stakeholder Partnerships Lead** will build and foster strategic external relationships as well as uncover and explore opportunities to grow new and existing business for Sentrex Health Solutions (SHS). Working closely with the Director of Business Development, the **Stakeholder Partnerships** **Lead** will champion customer relationships and strategies to meet/exceed financial and non-financial objectives for Sentrex Health Solutions. The** Stakeholder Partnerships Lead** will play a crucial role in shaping solutions to address the needs of external stakeholders in response to evolving landscape/market needs and ensuring excellent customer experiences with SHS. This customer-facing role will represent Sentrex Health Solutions with authenticity, integrity, and a commitment to deliver best-in-class patient support.

**A Day in the Life (What you will do here)**:
**Stakeholder Engagement/Business Development**
- Develop strategies to engage potential clients and effectively communicate SHS value propositions and offerings.
- Build and foster trusting partnerships with key stakeholders including but not limited to pharmaceutical clients, patient associations/groups, HCP associations, consultants, and project groups.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Identify and understand clients' needs and tailor deliverables and solutions accordingly.
- Maintain and evolve long-standing stakeholder and client relationships to inspire customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead Capabilities Presentation development and execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners for activities including research, insight generation, and customer communications.
- Co-develop business development opportunity scorecard and assessments to cultivate responsible growth for SHS.
- Work with Client Solutions to develop Sentrex Key Messages and Value Proposition.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Sentrex and its offerings through engagements and presentations.
- Develop novel approaches to communicate PSP performance and the ongoing value Sentrex delivers to customers.
- Provide editorial review and creative input to communication outputs.
- Lead the implementation of a CRM technology solution for the business development to support customer profiling, communications, and planning of activities.
- Regularly collect customer feedback to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.

**Strategic Planning**
- Consistently monitor broad market trends and pipelines to strategically prepare for new molecules that will require patient support programs and incorporate insights into planning cycles.
- Regularly provide senior leadership team with up-to-date “outside in” perspectives - industry trends, best practices, and ecosystem insights.
- Deliver against ambitious annual growth targets and drive future focus and internal alignment.
- Co-develop and effectively execute manufacturer/tactical strategy for each business development opportunity.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and inefficiencies and contribute to iterative process improv
