**Job Title**

2023 Summer Wealth Management, 8 Months, UX Design Co-op

**What will you do?**
- Assist and potentially lead the ideation and user experience design of complex web and mobile solutions
- Create design assets including user journey maps, wireframes, process flows, and interactive prototypes
- Consult with business stakeholders, technology and users in decision making surrounding user flows, sitemaps, layout, and technical feasibility
- Present wireframe mock-ups and proof of concepts to stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met and sell the vision behind user experiences to key stakeholders
- Participate in defining UX metrics

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-secondary program at a Canadian institution in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Studies, Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Strong passion and appreciation on design thinking and UX design
- Knowledge and/or experience in various UX design practices (e.g., low fidelity sketches, user flows, wireframing, and etc.)
- Understanding of design thinking frameworks and design tools
- Proficient with Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision, Figma, Keynote
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfort to work on cross-functional teams

**Job Summary**

As a UX Design Co-op, you’ll work with a cross-functional group of designers, researchers, product managers, and developers. You’ll follow UX best practice to shape the user experience from the early stages, ensuring the product will meet and exceed customer expectations. You’ll be embedded in a product, journey or channel, where you will carry out, analyze, and socialize the implications.
