Element is currently offering an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Clerk in our Permit Department.
- Responsibilities_:

- Provide support to administration team as required.
- Acquire documents from various departments.
- Scanning documents.
- Occasional requirement to pick up permits from municipalities.
- Other duties as required.
- Requirements_:

- 2+ years office experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
- Enjoy working as a team and willing to support other roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
