We're looking for you to join our team as a **Bilingual** **Remote Customer Care Advisor** in **New Brunswick**
As an Advisor, you'll be joining an internationally recognized, award-winning workplace that supports a culture built around diversity, inclusion, and the core values of respect, integrity, passion, and accountability. You'll be using your problem-solving skills to identify your customers needs over the phone and provide them with customized banking solutions.

- Strong oral/written communication skills
- High School diploma (or a recognized equivalent)
- Experience in a customer service role
- Able to multitask between numerous platforms while engaging in conversation with your customers

- Comfortable navigating a keyboard and typing at a speed of 20+ wpm
- Bilingual in French and English
