We're looking for you to join our team as an **Associate, Commercial Banking - CBAP** in **select locations in Atlantic Canada.**
As a Commercial Banking Associate, you’ll join a team with over a century of experience helping businesses thrive. Through a comprehensive training program, including classroom and on-the-job training, you’ll learn how to deliver flexible business solutions and gain the skills needed to progress into a Relationship Manager role. Supporting the Commercial Banking team, you’ll assist with client acquisition, relationship management, and financing solutions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Commercial Banking Managers, providing financial and industry analysis for client relationships and financing transactions, and contribute to business development to meet growth targets. You’ll gain hands-on experience through orientation and targeted training in credit structuring, risk assessment, and cash management, with ongoing coaching and support from your Program Manager.
Your role will also focus on client engagement, building strong relationships, and actively participating in networking and community outreach. You’ll conduct industry and client research, support credit structuring, and assist in problem-solving to provide impactful solutions.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Must be in the final year of a post-secondary program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with an expected graduation date before May 31st, 2025
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis
- Able to evaluate business growth opportunities through in-depth industry, client, and prospect research
