**Responsibilities**:

- Price adjustments as per sales manager
- Monitor and update spec inventory set up and work in progress
- Organize and summarize accomplish reports when required
- Complete meeting minutes for various meetings
- Work with inside sales relationships as required
- Create reports for online sales counselling
- Coordinate customers experience meetings, take minutes and assist in implementation of new customer protocol
- Collect and organize sale completion information
- Provide administrative support, throughout the buying process
- Record keeping that includes sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers
- Track customer deposits and down payments
- Provide clerical and minor technical support to the sales department
- Manage department office supplies and brochure orders
- Tracking possession dates and assisting with the possession process as required
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Sales commitments during sales hours - may have to work in show homes
- Complete items on the weekly priorities list for sales
- HomeFront clean up - releasing files, lots, etc. (estimating/sales)
- Create change orders/files for sales/specs/show homes
- Create processes for sales
- Proformas - create, update, file
- Create training resources
- Modify sales forms as requested
- Create pre-sites/promo forms as needed
- Shop other builders as required
- Track reports from sales
- Disperse marketing documents
- Staging - update and coordinate moves
- Create miscellaneous documents for upper management
- Job list updates
- Update site superintendent list
- Track outstanding paperwork from sales
- Research for the sales team
- Update documents in FSM for construction
- Track sales items for townhomes
- Update & track MLS documents & listing details
- Contract management
- Change order coordination
- Spec inventory
- Land inventory
- File processed paperwork

**Qualifications/Education/Preferred Skills**
- High-school Diploma/Post-Secondary Diploma
- **1-2 years** **New Homes Sales** experience
- **Real estate conveyancing** is considered an asset
- Computer skills are mandatory; **Microsoft Office** - fluent in all programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Experience working with **HomeFront Sales** and remote access systems is an asset
- Knowledge of the new home construction/sales industry
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills; self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize quickly and effectively
- Ability to grasp potential issues, problem solve and adjust workload & timelines based on priority changes in a fast-changing market
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements in relation to new home sales
- Excellent customer service
- New home building experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in using Google Suite
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
