We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge/Doorman to work at one of our properties in Cote Saint-Luc. This position would require you to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00AM - 7:00PM.

The Opportunity
Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet incoming residents and visitors
- Direct visitors to elevators and facilities, etc.
- Accept and log deliveries
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs (where applicable)
- Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
- May be asked to assist residents with groceries and take packages to elevators
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service skills
- A pleasant demeanour
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/French
