The Tennis Court Attendant is responsible for greeting and welcoming club members as well as ensuring that all players have paid their membership fees. The Tennis Court Attendant is under the supervision of the Tennis Club Manager and Assistant Manager.Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and greeting club members as they enter the facility.
- Ensure members have current memberships;
- Ensure that club rules and mandatory dress code are followed by members using the facilities.
- To charge admission for guests and other authorized non-member participants.
- To ensure the smooth running of the tennis courts and the well-being of the players during their playing time
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work in a team environment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the tennis industry is an asset
