Bookkeeper/office Manager Law Firm

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Oversee office organization, including managing supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely processing of employee compensation.
- Organize and attend to in house bookkeeping via Cosmolex
- Foster a positive office culture through effective leadership and support.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in supervising staff and developing training programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with office software and equipment is essential.
