**About Cancer Digital Intelligence**

CDI’s strategic domains include:

- Care Innovation - Using digital innovation and agile service design to improve and streamline the continuum of care.
- Business Intelligence - Harmonizing data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and enable innovation in care.
- Discovery Integration - Bridging the clinic and lab to enable the exchange of data, tools and ideas that accelerate discovery.

**Responsibilities**:
The principal responsibilities of the IMPLEMENTATION LEAD will be to work collaboratively with clinicians, designers, technology experts, data analysts, researchers, and patients to drive and implement initiatives related advancing the Cancer Digital Intelligence strategy, with a focus on the Care Innovation domain. This includes:

- Planning, co-designing, and executing successful implementations of digitally enabled products and services into Princess Margaret. Projects are aimed at enhancing care for patients and improving staff/provider efficiency and experience. An example project might include consolidating several remote patient monitoring pilots into a holistic, Princess Margaret-wide program.
- Creating, supporting and executing program and project evaluations of new digitally-enabled models of care.
- Supporting integration and alignment of PM-wide priorities as they relate to the delivery of high quality, efficient and integrated care.
- Supporting and contributing to knowledge translation.
- Managing day-to-day project activities for complex initiatives with multi-disciplinary teams and across stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clinical and technology-partners for current and future initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Supporting and mentoring other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- At minimum, Masters degree in health informatics, systems engineering, health services research, health evaluation or recognized equivalent required.
- At minimum, three (3) to four (4) years of practical and related experience implementing technology and/or tech-enabled programs in the healthcare sector is required.
- Advanced project management experience is required; program management is an asset.
- Practical experience using methods/frameworks from: quality improvement, human-centered design, and change management.
- Experience communicating and facilitating workshops with a variety of clinical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse leadership, management, healthcare providers, technical experts, and patient partners.
- Has worked in large organizations and/or cross functional-matrixed teams.
- Experience working with technical teams.
- Broad understanding of the healthcare system and digital health landscape, related issues and trends, standards of
