**What will you work on?**

The Planning Implementation Lead will be the key point of contact for the SAP S/4 Hana project, ensuring business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design, while working closely with the SAP S/4 Solution Team, and with colleagues across the Melissa Doug and Spin Master organizations.

**How will you create impact?**
- Work with broad range of key stakeholders across Melissa Doug and their parent company, Spin Master, to facilitate the design and implementation of the end-to-end PTP process, including direct and indirect procurement and accounts payable
- Participate in Global Design workshops and interface with the S/4 leadership team, System Integrators (SI) and more to design, develop, test, and deploy the PTP functional workstream of the project.
- Assist the business with designing process flows managed within the PTP platform
- Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting by leveraging SAP S/4 HANA functionalities
- Ensure robust User Acceptance Testing across the PTP workstream through collaboration with both project and functional teams
- Partner with the IT team to facilitate smooth system integration and data migration
- Serve as change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Relevant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes in the area (demand/supply planning, management reporting, supply chain)
- Prior exposure to systems implementation, project planning, and/or business integration is required
- Experience in organizational change management
