**For full-time employees**:

ROLE OF THE JOB
- Work closely with the nominated freight forwarder to approve corporate order bookings received from overseas;
- Utilize La Vie en Rose’s ERP to optimize shipping and transportation procedures by running daily reports to follow up the transit of merchandise with suppliers and freight forwarder;
- Data entry within computer systems of information that cannot be transmitted via EDI to ensure the systems are accurate and up to date;
- Verify, request corrections and approve various document types (commercial, invoices for payment, freight invoices, B3s and others);
- Upload all necessary documentation in the system
- Support the Import Logistics team by performing various administrative tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- English and French
- written and spoken; other languages are an asset;
- Computer skills in MS Office: Excel and Outlook
- Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and ability to manage priorities;
- Multitask, sense of initiative, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines;
- Dynamic, autonomous, interpersonal skills, teamwork;
- Strong Communication skills, ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
