Cedars at Cobble Hill (Cedars) is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of addiction and enhancing the quality of life for individuals, families and communities throughout Western Canada. Cedars specializes in the treatment of alcohol and other drug addictions along with various process addictions including, but not limited to, eating disorders and gambling. We offer a full continuum of recovery-oriented programs designed to provide a framework for achievable, sustainable recovery. Cedars is located in Cobble Hill, British Columbia situated on 65 acres of forested, private land, which provides a picturesque landscape and tranquil treatment setting. Vancouver Island is not only renowned for spectacular West Coast scenery, but also features a vast network of recovery communities.

The Finance Coordinator at Cedars at Cobble Hill plays a crucial role within the Finance team, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Reporting to the Financial Administrator Manager, the Finance Coordinator is responsible for various key functions, including managing accounts receivable, invoicing, maintaining billing records, overseeing invoicing, supporting Cedars Store operations, as well as such other duties as Cedars may assign from time-to-time. This dynamic role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively to ensure accurate financial transactions and contribute to the growth and success of the Cedars Family.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered, at the discretion of the CFO.

Experience
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare or treatment settings is a plus.
- Experience in the payroll cycles and regulations of 24/7 operations is considered an asset.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Communication and Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability and Learning
- Willingness to undergo training and education as directed by the Financial Administration Manager and/or CFO.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$75,881.59 per year
