**THE JOB: Project Coordinator, Accreditation and Certification**
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $55,490 -$ 69,363
Reporting to the **Manager, Learning & Development**, the Project Coordinator, Accreditation & Certification facilitates the process of professional certification and accreditation of the Engagement & Quality Improvement (EQI) department’s current portfolio of learning opportunities to advance the JCC workplans. The project coordinator works proactively with teams across EQI providing project coordination support and ensuring activities are appropriately defined and progress is supported to meet deadlines for successful accreditation and certification. Using effective communication, high attention to detail, and strong time management skills, the Project Coordinator ensures the teams across EQI are well supported throughout the entire accreditation and certification process of their learning activities. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in providing our members with opportunities to earn credits and thus maintain their license to practice in BC.
This role also maintains strong relationships with external partners (Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Education (CACME) accredited providers) to ensure our learning activities adhere to their standards.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- A Bachelor’s degree or a specialized post-secondary diploma in a related field with up to two years of related experience, or an equivalent level of related work experience in lieu of post-secondary education.
- Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects, and working with internal and external parties in a coordinated manner
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing and developing databases for tracking team activity and projects
- Experience in marketing and communications with basic understanding of medical terminology considered an asset
