**Role Description**

This is a full-time role as a Systems Infrastructure Specialist at Great West Media L.P. The specialist will work on network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, network security, end-user support, and overall IT operations. You will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, support, security and maintenance of networks, systems hardware, software and related infrastructure, including end-user systems and peripherals.

This position requires a motivated self-starter, an active team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and previous experience in a customer service or support desk role.

**Responsibilities**
- Network infrastructure management for LAN/WAN (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Windows and Linux server administration
- VMware administration
- SAN administration
- M365 and Azure Administration
- Backup administration
- Helpdesk support
- Documentation of various configurations, processes, and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Network and server administration, troubleshooting, and security skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced team environment
- Technical Support and Information Technology expertise
- Experience in IT infrastructure management
- Knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
