We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- **Sales and Client Engagement**:

- Generate sales opportunities by consistently reaching out to new clients (General Contractors) to promote our services.
- Follow up on leads and proposals to engage in sales negotiations
- **Project Oversight**: Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- **Coordination**: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations and safety requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- **Timeline Management**: Create detailed project plans and schedules, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant software tools.
- **Qualifications**: Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
