Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are looking for someone who wants to join a team based management team. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service in a restaurant. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, reduce waste, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Skills Required
- Work experience as a restaurant assistant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Work experience with events and private functions upwards of 150 people.
- Familiarity with OpenTable, micros, skip and door-dash.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Loves working with people and dogs as Vin Room has dog friendly patios
- Wine knowledge is a must, as well as a base knowledge for beer and spirits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Managing the floor in the Senior General Manager’s absence
- Resolving guest’s questions and field and complaints.
- Working with Senior General Manager and following all policies, systems and procedures.
