**Term**: September 2023 to January 2025

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assesses IEN applicant credentials, education, and experience to determine applicant’s registration eligibility.
- Collaborates with other Registration team members to ensure that qualified IEN applicants are registered in a timely manner.
- Interprets registration policies, processes and bylaws for staff, applicants, registrants, and other stakeholders.

**EDUCATION & SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related program (e.g. public health, health administration, or nursing), Arts, or Business, or equivalent education and experience.
- Three to five years of experience working in a customer service/service delivery and/or regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to think critically and act appropriately while ensuring that policies, procedures, and standards are maintained.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and follow legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult decisions in a clear and logical manner.
- Demonstrated conflict management and resolution skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, and in environments that demand cultural sensitivity
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience using current versions of MS Office.. Experience accessing web and search engines, and ability to adapt to organization-specific databases. Knowledge and experience using, MS CRM Dynamics, and MS SharePoint is preferred.
- Experience in an administrative, government, or regulatory body environment is preferred.
