**Opportunity**:

- **10 weeks of paid training at 1000$ per week. Afterwards, NO base salary, purely commission-based job with uncapped earning potential**:

- As a guide, our representatives make between $80K- 140K annually

**What you will do**:

- Visit customers' homes at pre-schedule appointments done by our appointment center and present the right solution that suits the customers' needs
- Do necessary admin & paperwork
- Use advanced and user-friendly sales software making the sales visit pleasant and compelling
- The position relies on a strong and proven business to consumer (B2C) experience
- Experience in renovation/home improvement is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Great communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Disciplined and motivated
- Good listening skills
- Ability to actively follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Good knowledge of computer programs
