Job Summary:
Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest standard of service.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, resolving inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategic sales tactics for upselling and cross-selling, enhancing our market presence and customer base.
- Oversee invoicing and the preparation of commercial customs documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze market trends to identify business growth opportunities, staying ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to streamline operations and client fulfillment.
- Manage client data and sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.

What We Require:

- Demonstrated success in account management, preferably in the healthcare or incontinence supply industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience dealing with Wholesale account management.
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce software, such as Bigcommerce, and invoicing tools like Sage.
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required to effectively communicate with clients and partners. French or other languages are an asset.
- Leadership capabilities for managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
