**Overview**:
**Reporting to the Kemptville Division Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Division including ensuring the provision of excellent customer service in the form of timely and cost-effective deliveries, efficient driver routing and scheduling, and office administration. The role will also supervise warehouse activities, orders, and inventory.**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Deliveries & Installations**:

- **Provides schedules and information to drivers.**:

- **Dispatches, reroutes, or reorganize deliveries when required.**:

- **Communicates with customers on all matters relating to products, scheduling deliveries, and coordination of installations, upgrades, and service.**:

- **Ensures that routes and deliveries are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure efficiencies can be maximized.**:

- **Coordinates all warehouse activities to ensure a working inventory of necessary products and supplies.**:

- **Works collaboratively with the Sales Representatives to provide responsive customer solutions.**:

- **In collaboration with the Office Team, works with the garage and the Manager when equipment requires servicing and/or repair.**:

- **In collaboration with the Office Team and Division Manager, works with the Accounting department to ensure a timely and complete month-end close.**:
**Clerical Administration**:

- **When required, provides support to complete all daily, weekly, and monthly office administration tasks, which will include inventory, tickets, billing, balancing truck inventories, data entry, and customer account maintenance.**:
**Driver Support and Supervision**:

- **Ensures that drivers are working efficiently by ensuring the availability of products and equipment.**:

- **Resolves driver questions and concerns on a timely basis.**:

- **Supervise performance, including reviews.**:
**Customer/Partner Support**:

- **Builds effective relationships with sales and customer service representatives, equipment suppliers, and customers for product deliveries and equipment servicing.**:
**Compliance**:

- **Ensures that the Company’s equipment, vehicles, employees, and facilities are compliant with all regulatory agencies by maintaining accurate records, reports and logs and that relevant training is provided.**:

- **Maintains the safe, efficient, and clean operation of company assets, including vehicles, bulk plants, card locks, fuel tanks, and others.**:
**Health and Safety**:

- **Coordinates and acts as primary contact for matters relating to Health and Safety, including liaison with contractors, ensuring the investigation of incidents, accidents, and injuries, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records.**:

- **Reviews and actions investigation reports.**:
**Essential Position Requirements**:

- **Relevant post-secondary education, or applicable experience.**:

- **Experience in transportation or with liquid bulk would be an advantage.**:

- **Previous dispatch experience is required.**:

- **Previous experience and proven success in supervising the work of others.**:

- **A high degree of computer proficiency.**:

- **Previous liquid bulk driving experience is considered an asset.**:

- **Must be highly organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and complete projects with short deadlines.**:
