Yard Supervisor

Provide oversight to yard attendants, delivery drivers, including approving pay/time-off.

Organize employee schedules.

Provide training to new yard employees.

Assign duties. Promote and enforce safe work practices.

Assist with the selection of new yard hires.

Participate in regular yard duties: picking merchandise, loading in customer vehicles, maintaining yard equipment (trucks, forklifts, etc.), assemble orders for delivery.

Communicate effectively and coordinating with other departments throughout the store.

Maintain a clean and orderly yard. Operate machinery, example forklift, table saw, etc.

Assist with order picking.

Help coordinate with logistics to ensure fleet is serviced and deliveries are being made in an efficient and timely manner

Other duties as required/assigned from management

You will be required to work one weekend per month and close (6 pm) twice a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
