**Job Summary**

The **International Student Concierge** is responsible to actively replying to questions and/or inquiries and filter leads from all ILAC and ILAC.IC inbox. The International Student Concierge is also in charge of answering one of the company WhatsApp. He/She must connect the clients to the right department if necessary and inform the right team member accordingly. Each request must be answered in accordance with company policies and within 24 hours, while ensuring high-quality customer experience. This position reports directly to ILAC Direct Manager and works closely with the international student Advisor in offering support if needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Presents positive and professional image of the organization to potential student.
- Caring about each person contacting the company.
- Maintains working knowledge of programs and services in order to answer properly each question.
- Forwarding the student request to the right department (homestay, student services, Global Sales Support, sales manager).
- Helping answer current direct sales students via WhatsApp.
- Helping with creating extension offer if necessary.
- Filtering leads to make sure the potential students do not have agency before forwarding the lead to international student advisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- University Degree or College Diploma an asset
- Minimum 2 years of customer services experience
- Background in customer services and education is an asset
- Background in sales is an asset
- Knowledge of the Education System in Canada.
- Speaking Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset
