**Comment allez-vous créer un impact dans ce rôle de Conseiller du service à la clientèle?**
- Offrir le meilleur service à la clientèle de la catégorie, ce qui permet aux propriétaires de petites entreprises de faire affaire avec nous tout en renforçant la relation et la fidélité qu'ils ont avec nous
- Prendre des appels entrants tout au long de la journée ; évaluer et analyser l'information sur les comptes tout en recommandant des solutions sur mesure aux propriétaires de petites entreprises
- Résolvez différents appels en utilisant nos différents outils et systèmes.
- Répondre rapidement et avec précision aux demandes de service téléphonique entrantes en français et en anglais
- Responsable de l'observation de toutes les normes de conformité selon les lignes directrices et les mesures
- Donnez un impact positif à chaque membre de la carte, en mettant l'accent sur la croissance
- Faites partie d'une équipe dynamique qui souhaite améliorer l'expérience client tout en contribuant à la croissance d'Amex
**Grille de services**: Nous sommes ouverts de 9h à 21h du lundi au dimanche EST. Les quarts de travail devraient varier entre ces heures (du lundi au dimanche).
**Qualifications minimum**

- Le bilinguisme intégral en français et en anglais est obligatoire
- Souplesse et volonté de travailler dans un environnement de travail en équipe
- Capacité exceptionnelle de se connecter et de communiquer avec les gens
- Possibilité de hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches et d'identifier les opportunités tout en gérant votre temps de manière efficace
- Confortable avec les technologies numériques d'apprentissage et de navigation
- Excellentes compétences de résolution de problèmes, dans le but de résoudre sur le premier contact
