**About Us**

Complete Distribution Services Ltd is a direct to store distributor servicing the Canadian Prairies & the Far North with a fleet of Class 1 and Class 3 Multi Temperature Trucks and Trailers. We are an independently owned and operated company that was established in 1985.

**The Role**

Distribution Supervisors are in charge of overseeing all distribution processes in our warehouse as well as our DSM fleet. Your responsibilities would typically revolve around managing schedules, delegating tasks and assessing the performance of the workforce. Should there be any issues or concerns, it is essential to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, as a supervisor, it is vital to lead and encourage the employees to reach goals and deadlines, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate team members and ensure distribution operations are completed efficiently
- Recruiting and training staff
- Updating and maintaining records
- Monitoring team performance, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow
- Completing all necessary paperwork fully and accurately

**Qualifications/Requirements**

**Who’s a good fit for the team**:

- You have leadership and team management skills
- You have a neat appearance and strong customer service skills required
- Preferably have a Class 3 license - in good standing
- You have your High School Diploma or equivalent GED

**Physical demands and working conditions**:

- You can lift/carry 45-50lbs frequently
- You can push/pull 50-250lbs
- You have the physical ability to maneuver loaded hand carts over a variety of inclines and surfaces
- You can perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
- You can perform frequent reaching over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor
