**Description**:Under the direction of the Service Desk Supervisor, the casual computer technician helps to maintain software and hardware in a networked environment. Duties may include hardware and software installation, configuration, repair, testing, support; and other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

**Status**:Casual Learning Technology Help must be available to work on call during regular school hours.

**Locations**:Various schools and 570 West Hunt Club Road

**Salary**:Hourly wage of $32.19 plus vacation pay
